国内做的,使馆公证,再过来翻译
还有一种是在区政府可以开的,好象叫ATTESTATION DE BONNE 什么的

市政厅办这个就是这个价钱，　例如在鲁汶，　还要等上几天才能拿到的说

住在首都当然是去你那个免费地址最好
